Hi Michael Gleeson,

Carlton are playing games on Friday in prime time. Best you organise an alternate job, or suck it up princess!

The AFL now own Etihad Stadium so our match returns I guess will be better.
I’d suggest our financials are pretty dire so our ‘administrators’ have given us a draw that sponsor$ will like.

I’m thinking this draw is an AFL rescue package for their Carlton brand.

From memory there were PLENTY of shit Friday night games this season that didn't involve Carlton.

Yes because we did the fixture ourselves

Melbourne should be embarrassed that they've been shunned.

i am not clicking the articles. I wonder if the articles are well balanced and highlight the fact that we have the second highest number of 6 day turn around and we have to travel interstate 6 times and also have to go down to sleepy hollow.

We cop this shit but the age put out an article on the drug cheats 'due diligence' research of Stringer.

Seriously, the agenda drive media aren't even trying to hide their bias.

The funnier thing is that theage ran the sooky Gleeson article - right next to another article that shows the draw did us no favors with 6 clubs having an “easier” draw including the Bulldogs.

Looking forward to reminding Garry Lyon how 'embarrassed' I am when Carlton win those Friday night games.

Great thread.

I can come up with 5 or 6 areas of concern where we've been dudded by the AFL, and this Friday night exposure is compensation.

I dont care what Lyon or Gleeson say write. I have no respect for either of them. Hippocrites and fools with agendas.

Why should we be embarrassed Garry. Did we root our mate’s missus or something

If they're trying to portray Friday night games as being a more entertaining tv presentation than other time slots then they're talking shit.

I actually find Friday night games more off-putting than other time slots due to the moronic commentary from Ch7.

To be fair, I guess Garry is pretty qualified to talk about being embarrassed.
