Not gonna lie. I really don't care that we lose this. Happy to see us play some good attacking footy and show plenty of fight. I reckon this has been the best game from the kids for a while. SPS, curnow, fish, sos, Pickett, boek have all shown plenty

I'm not saying it's the reason we lost, but the Eagles certainly had the rub of the green with the umpiring. Hardly surprising I guess...

Pretty much. Plenty to take out of that game. Injuries havehurt us us but it has highlighted the lack of depth so onwards and upwards.

Not the worst game I've watched this season.

The Curnow 'non mark' changed the game. They kicked 2 in a minute and that was it

You could cut it up and turf two MCG's with it

Probably keep Tommy in green for a week

The direct goals from blatant umpire mistakes for them was as awful as I've seen it in a while.

Nah that will come. 12 months time, add Cripps, Curnow, Marchbank to the team we win this game. Probably another half a dozen this season too. Our time will come

Yeah, the free kick count ended up about even I think, or perhaps slightly in our favour- but that doesn't tell the true story. Oh well.

I don't care about umpire mistakes. But blatant overruling by a bloke 70m away from the action on 4 occasions (manperm McInerney) is Cronje level suss.

They showed a replay of that and unfortunately the ball did hit the ground. However the umpiring was terrible, the Plowman non mark was a shocker.

Anyone got the free kick goals at their fingertip?
