We'll get smashed by the Cats actually 4 out of 5 remaning matches are aganist finals aspirants so more beltings coming our way.
Very tough going into 2017 finals matches, percentage will be important.

Why? We've been competitive against finals aspirants all year, and even beaten some.
We've had one belting all year. Against Port.
We've had two half beltings against North and Brisbane, both of which we came back and looked like we would win in the last quarter.
We had another half belting against Richmond, and even that we came back and looked a chance early in the last quarter.

To be honest I expected numerous 10 goal beltings this year and a few 100+ pointers against the top sides, given the amount of experience that has left and the amount of youth that has come into the side

Anyone know where Cam Poulsen and Patty Kerr are at ?
Prob the only ones (now that McKay is finally in the seniors) from the last two drafts who we haven't seen or heard too much about.

Feel better about this game than Brisbane.

From memory we did pretty well against Geelong around this time last year.

Yeah, can confirm their injuries will not keep them out of next season

as bad (but developing!) as the forward line might be for Carlton - you gotta wonder who the northern blues are going to kick it to....

Not much run out of the backline - if Zac Tuohy plays on the wing and cuts us up I'll spew up (a little).

No surprise. Macreadie has plenty of time and Graham was very poor.
We were desperate for a bit of mongrel around the ball last week. Gibbs was molested around the stoppages and no one stepped up to show some physical support. If Scott Selwood goes to Gibbs, hopefully White puts a few sharp elbows into his ribs and gives him something to think about.
Who knows, he might even get a job on Danger.

Put White in a phone box with a Danger and he wouldn't catch him.

Oops I forgot there aren't any phone boxes anymore.

I look at the selected teams and I just reckon we are better.

Perhaps I'm delusional.

Perhaps I'm thinking 24 months ahead

I do think Geelong are not a top 4 team

I think we will win

Maybe I think too much

Go Blues

If Macreadie is being "managed", why is he being listed as an emergency?
Would like to see more pace in the team, but we don't have too much in that regard.
