Time for the new guard of leaders to take hold.

You wrote that before the end of the game and blocked the other thread one nanosecond after the siren.

I hope Harry hasn't had a recurrence of the foot injury.

There is a big problem with one of the youngsters - Weitering, has to be said. WTF is going on with him.

When was the last time Gibbs had less than 10 possessions?

McKay has some great attributes, definitely did enough to get another run next week.

Curnow and SPS impressive. More senior experience for Macreadie, Williamson, Cuningham, Fisher which will pay off in a big way in the future.

Pros:
2nd half intensity.
Harry's 1st half.
The 2nd half of Charlie and SPS.
Kreuzer.
Kerridge.

Cons:

1st half intensity.
Putrid umpiring.

Not sure if it's a positive or negative, but looked very much like today's match ups at the start of the game were a long term investment (in player development and the draft order).

Yeah but he's a soft, man-bun, front runner and we wouldn't miss him if he left....

Credit goes to Brisbane for a good clamp on him. Gibbs fought hard all night but was well held.

Our forward line coaching from leading patterns, to goal kicking is pathetic.

If ever a game said to SOS to recruit midfielders then it was this one.

Kerridge was good

Time in Carltons forward half 59%
11 goals from 55 inside 50s
Forward coaching is pathetic
