The plus is that they're all at the G.

We can win all of those. Crows probably the least likely, but the rest are 50/50. Dogs are no good this year.

If not McKay, then give Kerr an opportunity.

Levi, as any player should, must be held accountable for such a poor showing.

I thought Levi was good in the first half and even mentioned it in the game thread... the second half he had 3 moments he's like to forget.

I wouldn't drop him for that and for the fact that McKay and Kerr are not ready... especially for Rance.

i say no.
i say let levi practice hard..meet daily with sav..
meet with sports pyschs
and then redeem himself
on the big stage.
i wish to say
'sorry levi, I was wrong.'

Ball was a cake of soap and he wasn't the only person who missed.

He was still better than both the GC big guns combined.

Levi will probably struggle against Alex "greatest full back of all time" Rance, but better Levi than letting Rance practise his dirty sniping on one of the kids.

I think Bolts will have the boys very switched on for this game though.

Here's a novel idea...Jones plays a defending/negating game on Rance

Weiters takes Riewolt

SPS runs with Cotchin...good learning experience and supports his development in getting to the contest

Curnow tags Martin

Enormously.

Just compared likely difference in personnel since rd 1

Outs

Rowe
Pickett (was 1/2 fit and pretty mush still is)
Armfield
White
Macreadie (debut game)
Smedts

Ins

Cunningham
Lamb
Jones
Boekhorst
Fisher
Williamson

Crippa and SPS (debut) were coming off limited pre-seasons. White played on Martin, Eddie should have and most likely will this week.

Went to Tigers v Swans with a Swans mate Saturday. Honest toilers the Tigs, little X factor.

We'll bolt in. :smoking:

We are a decent chance to win all 4, exciting times

Nice novel ideas except for SPS. Cotchin will run him into the ground in 5 minutes. I suggest Cuningham who has some experience in the negating role and has a bigger tank.

I like the last two, but yeah na re Liam. The bloke has come in from the wilderness and found his spot. Leave him there for mine. But if we ever do need to play him up there during a game, he could easily take a few grabs and kick a few. I recall he kicked clutch goals to win 2 games last year ?

And who do you plan is going to help Kreuzer in the ruck.

I hope we win this
Tiges have lost 5 of their last 7 games.
If we beat Tiges Cats Bombers and Hawks in the run home I will be a very happy chappy

casboult did have a couple of forgettable moments but we underestimate his presence and strength he shows that lift and support his team mates, contested possessions and a couple of big pack hits on the opposition big/hard men is nothing to turn our noses up on either
casboult has been great with his kicking this year and will go back and practice hard again to minimize his errors i'm sure
he is a big asset to the team and everybody has a moment here and there unfortunately casboults are repeatable skill offences

I thought he was awesome.

I loved his commitment to crashing the packs. It was a sight to behold. If you watch his hands, when he was not in a position to mark he double tapped the ball downwards. It was a clear directive to do so and therefore he was doing the team thing. Will be a first pick every week if he does the team thing. Sure his kicking was off, but nothing we don't know. His good outweighs the bad for us at the moment. Fun to watch....exciting.

I wouldn't drop him but thought he was terrible against the Suns after the first 15 mins.

x2 smashing into some of those packs early was amazing, certainly give defenders something to look over their shoulder about!

Agree too.
Plus the love for Kruezer.
And I think Murph has been playing well all season. 5 of his possessions are worth 10 from Dustin Martin b/c he is v creative and brings others into the game.

We wont have a need for so many key backs this week. I'd expect Weitering to play forward.
Don't underestimate Astbury. He's playing excellent intercept footy.
If we can use 2 of Casboult, Weitering or Charlie to work up on the lead and seperate their tall defenders, it will help our cause.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Castagna lose his spot this week but their other small forwards are providing an impact. Just inconsistently. I suppose Jones will go to Riewoldt, even those he's not an ideal match up.
