First time really playing a genuine contender. Ultimate test of where we're at, and hopefully the break does the team good. |

Daisy will probably be back replacing Graham Sumner might(?) make way for someone. A fit Rhys Palmer would be nice against his old team |

In: Jaksch, Palmer, Lamb, Pickett, Phillips Stay: Plowman, Marchbank, Sumner Out: 5 players not from GWS. Seriously, wouldn't surprise me to see Jones come in for Silvagni, Weitering to go forward. |

For the purposes of winning (more than development), and also to see if certain blokes have a future at the club: Buckley - A. Silvagni - Jones Simpson - Marchbank - Docherty Cunningham - E. Curnow - Murphy Palmer - Jaksch - Thomas Wright - Casboult - C. Curnow Kreuzer - Gibbs - Cripps Plowman - SPS - Smedts - Williamson |

It wouldn't surprise me if we picked our most experienced side against GWS. |

Before we get too far ahead of ourselves we have to get past the Bye this week. I just hope we perform better against the Bye than what Port Adelaide did then they were really struggling in 2011...lol!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXatqcigUFw The Bye singing the song after their win! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALRJwPmtczM |

Jones has to play. Our youngsters can physically match Cameron but Patton will be a problem. Throw in the probable return of Lobb and the extra height/bulk will be required. |

Is it odd that part of me wants us to do well just so we can impress the GWS guys that SOS is after? |

Im not giving up on this game so easilly. GWS are clearly a very good side filled with talent, however they have only just beaten Collingwood and richmond recently and lost to St Kilda. We have at least show this year that we can compete with the best (all bar the Port game mind you!) We should have beaten StKilda and North. I think we can beat GWS. |

Boekhorst again amongst the best in the VFL. He and Jones for Macreadie and Sumner. |
