Does anyone know how we are going for memberships ,are we up, down from last year .

We're well down.
Last year we had 50,000.
So far we aren't anywhere near that.

28,930 as of today according to the tracker at the club.

4000 up on the 30th of November last year.

Sorry, I thought you meant the total number of years membership each person has had. The year has always been on the cap and the scarf. I got the beanie this year so I havent seen the other items.

Didn't want to start a new thread - but I'm attending the Members Forum tonight at Ikon Park.

I'll report in if I am able and if there is anything of interest.

Just announced at the Members Forum, that the Club has hit the 30,000 mark - the highest we've had at this time of the year.

Asked about our accuracy in kicking for goal Brenden Bolton said each player has 250 shots for goal at training every week.

I'd just like those shots being taken at proper AFL Stadium sized goal posts - which unfortunately Ikon Park lacks - and it still seems will not be installed any time soon.

So do they monitor improvement? Not very difficult to do... and don't even need fancy biomechanics.... Just simple yes/no, distance and angle on the park.
250 shots per player per week, you would have some good data to work with....

Good to hear. We just need to have a decent start to the season so people will jump on board.

I think the AGM is in February so I would imagine it would be just prior to this if there is to be one.

Don't blame SOS for leaving......some of the members questions left a lot to be desired.

I was embarrassed by the level of numptiness on display last night at the Members Forum.

Seriously there'd be more intelligence on display at Frankston Bus Stop.
