I think it's really important for players to have nicknames.

Imagine where wed be if we had to call Gibbsy "Gibbs" or Murph "Murphy". Horrible even thinking about it.

What if we called him "Jack"? I know it's a bit obtuse, but ya never know, it might catch on.
