If today's match wasn't a reality check, I reckon this one will be. |

No footy before then to offer some further selection insight, but for mine: Out: White, Walker In: Boekhorst, Silvagni Bugger it, give the kid a go if Walker is setting the standard for forward play. Jaksch will get Gorringe's spot if he has another poor game, but he might find himself in the following week if SOS's endurance base doesn't hold up. I thought 75% game time would be the minimum for him, but we had a few blokes dip below 70% today, so if someone's only going to put in for 70 or 80 minutes of football, I'd take his brand of football before most. |

I'd suggest Boekhorst is 0% chance of selection after 4 weeks off and not much form beforehand. |

Jimmae wants to drop White. I'm shocked to be reading that. |

Least it is justified this week. Unless he survives because the MC identifies a match-up. But was horrid today. |

Like I've been saying the whole time, he creates a structural weakness that well-structured teams exploit. I'd rather be getting a kid in that might turn into something of a weapon even if it puts a small dent in our performance against sides White matches up favourably to. For example, would DVR or Gowers instead of White have actually made a difference to the results? They could have slot straight into that back seven. |

OUT: Gorringe Everitt Walker IN: Phillips Jacksh Whiley SOJ expectations need to be tempered. Still looks like he'll be bashed at AFL level. Patience all!!! Have a weird feeling about this one (that we might cause a huge upset) |

I would keep Walks in before White. Agree with the others though. |

No Way............. Walker kicked 3 goals. I can't remember the last time a player was dropped for kicking 3 goals. Aggree that Jaksch should be given a run sooner rather than later. Save Silvagni for Round 20 (Home game @ the G) and play him for the rest of the year. All teams that are below us (Lions, Saints, Essendon* and Melbourne). |

Out, Everitt, White and Gorringe In, Jaksch, Phillips and pace be it either Buckley or Boekhurst White should only get a game when there is a good match up for him (which is not often) today there was no ideal match up so he played forward, there are better options than White playing forward - Jones, SOS or Jaksch. So obvious we were too slow the Saints had way too much pace. no doubt we lack pace in the midfield, our only options are Murphy, DVR, Boekhurst, Buckley and Cunningham. |

I can't either, but I can't remember us persisting with someone so horribly out of form since McKernan, and we haven't exactly gained much more than those 3 goals out of it. Phillips was in the team for the Freo and Essendon* wins, but 4 from 6 still makes a very strong case for it, as does the fact that there's been on average 45 more minutes available on the bench for the 20 players not in a rucking role without Phillips in the team. |

Problem is that Kruezer is next to useless as a fwd option!!! It restricts our flexibility In an ideal world, MK and AP should ruck 40% each and LC the other 20%, but all three should be seen as targets I50, working in tandem with whoever the other KPF is at the time |
