Oh yes a grandiose title

But was just Blueseum-surfing and I looked up Simmo's 200th and 250th games. We know his 250th game was the magic win on the weekend, but who remembers his 200th?

A horrible loss for sure, but a Semi Final loss against a great team. I remember how frustrated I was watching this game - the hype from the win over the Tigers the weak before soaked up in the drudgery of a devout Swans defence. We couldn't break through.

But in the 50 games in between Simmo goes down the curve, into a hole and seemingly, bobbing his head above the parapet like a meerkat, well one that can play football.

50 games difference!

Yeah, what a crash back down to earth that was. I was there, and left at 3 quarter time, so frustrated with how much our players were slipping and how swans won the clearances so easily. And who was on McVeigh!!
