This will be a de-stroyation of huge proportions. The difference in talent on the ground will be staggering.

GCST are top 6 this year and maybe higher and we are a bottom 2 lock. We desperately need quality mids to help Crippa. Our top 2 draft picks this year must be elite mids.

Tempted to play Weitering up fwd but he is the natural Jamo replacement so we should keep him down back.

Byrne and Buckley must come in for leg speed.

GCST by 80.

I think we need one less tall , dont think we need Phillips

Out: Phillips
In: Byrne

Not sure on Walkers status?

Real shame Jaksch and Plowman aren't ready - Both Rowe and White can go away , though at least White tries more than Everitt

Buckley for Lamb maybe also

I'd be making those two changes too. Maybe Gorringe for Everitt as well.

Don't think we'll play as badly as this week.

Around 6 goals .

Walker had tightness in his calf so he's a decent chance to play next week you'd think.

In: Walker, Byrne, Buckley
Out: White, Phillips, Lamb

Everitt gets one more chance with some decent minutes in the forward 50. Average height difference of 2.5 cms in our favour today, and it showed in how much we slowed down as the game wore on.

Can't play 2 rucks, 4 tall forwards and 4 tall backs, it just doesn't work unless 4 of them can impact the game in other positions, which didn't happen.

We had 40 fwd entries. Hard to blame Everitt. His role is 3rd forward. Walker was a huge loss.
Kreuzer and Phillips were insipid. Agree Phillips should make way

That makes the forward line just as tall as today Jim, not sure that's going to help.

IMO if you drop Phillips you need to bring a Key Position forward in. If you're using Casboult as your second ruck you're essentially playing without a key forward during that time, because Kreuzer is simply a ruckman who rests forward, while none of Everitt, Walker or Curnow are true key position targets.

I like those changes. Gives us additional run out of the back half while also keeping some structure up forward.
Whilst unlikely, I wouldn't be opposed to Everitt moving to half back at the expense of White to give us one more small forward to help at ground level.
