Watched it this morning over coffee. Has me wanting to go punch something! We're coming... for reals this time.

Yep - just an awesome vibe but this time we've got the soldiers to carry out the plan. What a great group of young kids.

Cripps will be the most influential and marketable men in the game for a generation.

Some of Bolton's statements have me very, very excited about our future. Let's hope everyone and I mean everyone is buying in!
Time will tell but I feel we have it right.

Anybody know how many part series this is, if it is even a series?? - I'm not sure. I just don't want it to become an ongoing joke like 'The Hangar'.

What the @#$%&! was Judd wearing? Dat jacket.

Haven't really felt much love for this franchise in a while. Watching that last night made me smile - let's just see the follow through.

Loved the doco generally. Hated the Adelaide session where we went through the draft process. Given that everyone has known our picks for the past few years, I'd love the club to hold their cards closer to their chest.

Small thing though and hopefully it's onwards and upwards from here!

Very small considering the only time there was really any intelligence was about Weitering's ability, which you'd only miss if your eyes were painted on, and SOS Junior's likely range, which we all knew anyway.

Perhaps for KJ that is the crux of the matter and the more times it is said the more it will sink in. KJ doesn't lack for AFL talent, he has it in spades.

The trick in Coaching is surely to tailor the education process to the individual and in this context I think Craig was spot on with his advice.

For most people repetition is the mother of learning. Experience is a given.

I loved he way Craig was trying to get into his mind in an attempt to reset?

Jaksch seemed to respond well and got the chocolates from the effort.

Comforting to have an elderly wise man in the background.

Craig is an experienced head.

Loved the Journey. My 8 and 12 yo were inspired and got stuck into push ups, dips sit ups...maybe just to stay up late???

Every AFL listed footballer will watch this show and I bet some will even want to be under the wings of Bolton.

He makes Carlton an attractive club again. Add our history to that. Players playing with a newfound spirit for Carlton.

I am Carlton.

I'm pretty sure we've all heard this before. Every single club could make a PR doco of their draft and pre-season (and possibly should) to show the supporters they're on the right track. One could have been made with Mick, Buttifant and co in their first year and the fans would have swallowed it up gleefully.

I'm not knocking the show and I think it was well done. The footage of the Silvagni family and the Tassie experience brought a smile - but it's what we don't see (and shouldn't) that counts.

Didn't we have that 'No Limits' piece of Mick's when he came on board? I won't lie, I bought into that, but this time around there is an added passion that was sorely lacking under MM's watch.

Debatable. I'd rather hear it from Alan McConnell.

Awesome thanks Jez!!

Watched it and it was certainly inspiring. I liked the clear message that Bolton is drilling to the kids... "Its our club, your club" "One in - all inn". He clearly is focussing on the unity theme and that can only be good. Watching the Silvani Draft coverage - I shed a tear - it was just awesome.

Now bring on next Thursday and show us unity - and a win would be nice too!

Terrific vision and there's a snippet from next weeks "The Journey" on the CFC website involving Craig and Byrne.

Not sure there's much similarity between Craig and MM apart from they both have grey hair.
