Great stuff. I continue to be impressed by Bolts. Little things like the "hand your phones in" and "shake peoples hands" is leadership stuff.

Even the concept of accelerating the rookies knowledge of each other. Its boot camp stuff. Bring them down as individuals, build them up as a unit.

As a bit of a history buff, he shows the hallmarks of a leader of men. Like a Winters or a Hackworth, he or others at the club understand what leadership is about. And its not something you can sub-contract to Leading teams etc.

This is big picture stuff, something Bolton's predecessor knew little about.
