So who comes into the group? With Henderson now gone we are down to 4- Murphy, Gibbs, Rowe and Jamison. Zach Tuohy would be the 1st guy to have a think about. But who else? Too soon for Cripps to come in? |

Too much too soon for Docherty, Cripps and Buckley; they've barely gotten 12 months of good footy under their belts. Happy with Thomas, Kreuzer, Simpson, Gibbs, Murphy, Tuohy, Jamison and Curnow running the show. |

i'd take gibbs out of the leadership group. i just dont see him as an on field leader. happy to be proved wrong though |

Please dont put Cripps in the LG. Just let him play and develope. He'll be running the LG in years to come. Lets not rush it.... |

Sounds impressive but its overrated. Why have one at all? What's wrong with naming Murphy as Captain, Simpson as VC and Jamison as D-VC? I think people throw out the 'he should/shouldn't be in the leadership group' line without really knowing what it means. |

Definitely want a new captain. Would love it to be simmo till he retires but for the sake of no hurt feelings with murph.. Perhaps a two or three year rotating captain or co captain might be the go. |

Reckon leadership groups are more trouble than they are worth.Paralysis by analysis.A modern day want................Captain,ViceCaptain,and Deputy ViceCaptain is more than plenty. |

Captain and Deputy is all that's needed the 6 players option is just to cumbersome. Getting back to basics, will hopefully be Bolton target. |
