We'll win between 8-10 games. We lost plenty of games after leading in the last quarter. With an extra pre-season into our youngsters, we won't drop away so easily.
Hopefully an injury free run from Cripps, the extra midfield depth we've bought in and it's looking up IMO.

Love the new attacking component.

Hope we don't get shy on it by overreacting too defensively.

Definitely need to tighten up at times though.

We need to pick our times... We didn't last night. Last year's game plan was needed when we were 5 up, and in the last, down a few men and Tiges storming. We should realize that will happen after every break. Goes our way, keep going. Lose clearances and they get two goals up, switch defensively

Go you good things

True.
Good teams have plans A and B and can switch between them when someone on-field or the runner lets them know.
It will come.

looked very disappointed after the game in the press conference
one thing that stood out is that when he was asked about the green shoots he mentioned that we were there to win
i think he is raising the bar

I think we will win no more than 5 games this year.

No Gibbs and Docherty.
To many kids and not enough seasoned bodies.
No flare up in the forward line.

I think we’ll win 3 of our next 4.

Why did they replace Kreuzer with Polson?

A bit baffling that one.

Why would take away 2 forwards and replace with none.

SOJ dropped, fair enough, but replaced with O'Shea. ???

Kruezer injured.

Take Casboult from CHF to play in ruck.

We had more inside fifties than them.

Oh wait a minute, we haven't got any flower forwards have we.

Yes O'Shea was an inspired choice another who butchers the ball and Carlton is the only side he would get a game with
Great ruck coverage for Zkreuzer Levi for god sake stop acting like millionaires we have more first round picks than almost anyone else in the comp yet play like wooden spooner

O'Shea is the new Simon White a terrible selection and we are sick of hacks and Prima donnas

Bolton and coaching staff had an abysmal day and should apologise to all and so should the players no wonder we have no members when they dish up this crap
Watched all other matches and the Aints were diabolical we are worse
Never beat these interstate sides at home
Big heads how the hell Murphy can say we got ahead of ourselves after last week when we lost by almost 5 goals why weren't the coaching staff drumming into them that last week they were not so good and this week they could not rest on their laurels
Green shoots -what a lot of crap
0-2 again Bolts and looking at a thrashing by the Carringbush next week
Season will be completely over by usual at the end of April
2018! just the bloody same as 14. 15 16 17 stop breaking our hearts you gutless pric....

What selections would’ve won us this game?

In: Phillips, SOJ or McKay (another forward) Graham or Kerridge (to help Cripps)

We lost our structure and setup today with what we did. No more excuses.
