Now that 206 has gone in for a shoulder op and will likely not ever play in a navy blue jumper again I thought we could use a thread where we can post our memories and thanks for the great navy warrior. I know I'll never forget the magical day in 2008 when he became ours. All the excitement on TC about how tall he was and how he would dominate like a younger Sandilands because, tall. His efforts to remind us of simpler times when ruckmen were just gigantic goofy flowers who ran around like giraffes all day and who had no concept of how to kick or handball or at times even mark were a tribute to his humble nature. Nothing states this better than the Geelong game in 2011. Sure, he could have kicked a simple goal, giving us the four points and helping our mid season momentum. But by hilariously missing from 30 feet out he showed us that even in this modern age with the twitter and the intertubes and the facebooking there was space for a semi-mong with no skills or heart to play the game at the highest level, provided he was freakishly tall. How will we ever be the same again .... |

He Gave us nothing... Absoloutely Nothing..... Waste of a talent... but who said he is finished? The board will probably give him a 2 year extension whilst getting rid of Wood and Kreuzer!! ![]() ![]() |

Surely there is a shoulder surgeon and an army of physios somewhere bawling their eyes out at the news of the imminent departure of 206 from our playing list! |

Did nothing... one of the major reasons why our last few seasons have been write-off. Given more chances than he deserved with Kreuzer going down. |

Its a dark day indeed for Elastoplast and other tape manufacturers and suppliers. Going to have to withdraw their kids from Carey and Scotch and send them to Moreland College and Frankston High |
