To let those know who frequent Percy's Bar, I can pass on the sad news, that long time chef Martin passed away last week.

My condolesences go to Martin's daughter Frances, a very friendly young lady who works behind the bar at one of our favourite establishments. Frances mother is flying in from Asia for the funeral.

When I hear the details of the funeral, I'll post them on this thread.

Martin R.I.P.

sincere regards 79 Vintage

With the wake at Percy's

Would be good to see some T.C'ers at Percy's to pay our respects to Martin and his family and enjoy our company.

to everyone Martin's service was very respectful and admirable
his family got through it seemingly well

I took a catholic ceremony for the first time, of which my father and grandfather would be immensly proud
Rest In Peace Martin
