Good effort with the injuries

Carrots held Selwood pretty well after the first qtr. Murphy/Gibbs good in close. Menzel good before injury. Rowe pretty good in defence. Sheehan good signs.

Casboult the odd contested mark but no scoreboard impact; smashed by Harry Taylor at ground level. Docherty kicking off.

Hopefully Thomas isn't a long term issue and is ready for pre season.

The Selwood bump of death, diving and cheating.
The ducking and diving.
The spuds like biclavs carrying on like knobs.
Scott umpriring in the box.

The umpires lap it up.
I used to respect this mob, but effing hell they are hard to like now.

Add. Ch 7 fan bois on top and it's almost unwatchable how [REDACTED] this game has become.

Geelong umpired to a win.
What are the numbers on that Bruce?

I'm not sure.

Yeah those last two dodgy decisions didn't help but our guys seem to get hesitant when it gets close.

That will change.

Simon White is not a fwd, amount of times he was the target and got hands to it but bounced off was ridiculous. Either 3rd back or defensive fwd not target

Do you understand what his role was tonight?

We would have spudded it up somehow but @#$%&! I'd rather do that than have some useless twit from 50m away call a free kick.

Went too defensive too early. Gave them them a sniff and raped twice in two games against Geelong by disgraceful umpiring decisions at the death. @#$%&! off umpires

Gee I thought he was good. Stopped Taylor running free. Worked hard both ways.

Good effort by the boys. Hope injuries won't effect their preseasons.

Simon White isn't a fwd target, preferably 3rd defender possibly defensive fwd, not a key target. He got hands to the ball but didn't mark it on about 15 occasions tonight.

Watching the games I can't see how we ever win the free kick counts. We must get a lot of frees defensively cos opposition always hurt us after they receive frees. Cats got frees every time they had a run on or we were about to it seemed.

F@rking well and truly over the "close"ones and freaking umpire incompetence!!!

Geelong were (are) the form team in the league at the moment and we almost beat them with three major injuries and very limited rotations.

The next two weeks can help set up our pre-season and next year as well.......just beat the druggies and the season has not been a bust!!

A umpires call from wrong umpire shouldn't define a result
