Big Fev gives them a whack http://www.bordermail.com.au/story/2473 ... bed/?cs=10 Quote: By staying out until after 5am and getting themselves in trouble on the weekend, they’ve both cost themselves a chance of playing for Carlton any time soon and, in Jeff’s case, maybe his career?
I know everyone will be quick to point out the fact I made my share of mistakes, which is fair enough, but I’ve always been the first to admit I’d do things differently if I had my time again. |

Would the Big Fev be welcomed back to the club to mentor these type of players. Do what I say not what I do type of person? |

Reckons he'd still be playing AFL at 33? Doubt it. |

Could he have? Sure why not. Even in his last year at Brisbane though, I reckon he'd lost a yard of pace, he'd stacked it on, and still wasn't strong enough to push and shove his way around. Reckon they'd have moved him on as a salary cap necessity at some point even if he was performing well off the field. |

He was shot. Even the last couple of seasons with us he'd broken down by season's end. No way he would have lasted with the higher running requirements on key forwards. |

My father in law saw him playing golf at Yarrawonga during the week. Apparently he's back on the punt and owes a few people in Yarrawonga some money. |

I would seriously doubt that anyone would be giving Fev (declared himself bankrupt) unsecured credit. |
