If we sack Mick it will only be a temporary change. Our next coach won't come waltzing in until the end of the year. We will still be stuck with the same players until then too. So the rebuild will be slow.

It will be like the Melbourne Star down at Docklands. It doesn't look like it's moving, but people say that it is. So it is with our club. It will take 5-10 years to fix everything.

At the end of the year we may have a new coach, some great young kids (including Weitering) and some new positivity. We will still have Thomas though. We will still have Jones. We will still have the same board. I hope some of the changes that are being made now are positive (e.g. Trigg, SOS). Rome wasn't built in a day.
