Yeah . Got a bit of ticker . She doesn't run with the pack and is not bullied by the boys club .

No matter how you shake it, the club needs Sayers to separate himself from this PwC thing.

If he can’t, he needs to separate himself from the club.

We can’t have another Pratt situation.

Yep 100% - seeing as he was PWC's CEO through pretty much the whole saga, it's hard to see him being able to separate himself from that.

Might be best for all concerned if he stayed in Italy......

Carlton is going to be on the news again tonight. Something about a changeroom blue.
I assume some sort of argument after the game.

It was just the story about Sayers/Mathieson, which we already knew

There is a major sponsors meeting/presentation tonight at the club - it was an already scheduled meeting/presentation as I understand, but it will be interesting what fallout there is from it.

I’ll tell you this much for nothing, Sayers is a LOT more confident than I would be in his situation.

Got to laugh about this club.
They are always one step behind.
We were late acknowledging the need to use the draft.
Then we were late going the experienced players route that came after the draft (see Geel, Richmond).
When we finally had a good coach we blew it by saying we want to be a well run club now and go through a thorough process.
And now we have a coach who looks tactically poor we come out and say we want to be a well run club and keep the coach.

I don't know how things will turn out, and I do sway in terms of the big decision on the coach.
But I can't help but laugh at the fact it looks like the club are always late to the party.

If you are talking about Ross, you have to be kidding me.
Last year the Saints were 8 and 3 after 11 rounds and ahead of us by % on 123.8%
Now they are 7 and 4 after 11 rounds and only with 116.5%
They were better off under Rattan so far.

St.K are fifth on the ladder.
We are 13th.
Our choices apparently were Lyon or Voss.
Right now I think we made the wrong decision.
Look nobody is saying Ross is perfect, but what I do like about him is he has a distinct style/brand of game plan.
That is something we don't have.

I think you missed the point.
Ross took over a team that was already doing better than now in his honey moon period.
If he took over Carlton last year when we finished 13th on the ladder and was 4 and 7 for the first 11 rounds in 2021.
Who is to say he could've done better than Voss did?
And going by where the Aints are at, you'd have to think he couldn't have.
The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, especially with Carlton and coaching. :hitcomputer:

All fair points.
Good to see Craig go.
Get rid of the old dead wood and move forward.
I have more faith in Brian Cook than the old boys club, they haven't got it right for over 20 years.
We need to put a missing persons out for Diesel by the sounds of it.
Boot him if he is not doing his job either.
And a hard no on Mike also, we need new blood not old.

Yeah . Got a bit of ticker . She doesn't run with the pack and is not bullied by the boys club .

Wilson is very good at her job which pisses people off.

The vitriol she cops on social media is frankly disturbing.
