Doubt it . Talk about a dead man walking . Unfortunately Princes Park was a dead Stadium walking .

Argument of a footy type being back on board is a curious one given the very low profile Diesel plays. Well, it would seem.

Sayers should go. I don’t believe his position is tenable. Fitzpatrick would be a good get. Uncompromising. Not sure what Sticks would add.

Diesel is playing a low profile cos we're losing. Was very visible in the first 10 rounds of last season.

We sure know how to land them, don't we!

Must admit I am surprised by the lack of activity around Sayers' tenure at Carlton. Or am I just missing the noise due to be out of Melbourne?

Meh, all big corporations like PWC have questionable morals and methods, the degree varies depending upon the individuals. PWC were just unlucky to be found out. Linking this back to Sayers is just a witch-hunt.

Yeah that's the real issue here. The simple misfortune of being caught.

:donk:

That's the issue and while he stays he taints Carlton with the same questionable morals and methods. Needs to go ASAP!

Fingers in the till at PWC is the issue with all those partners. I'm always suss on the Big 4 accounting firms and banks, let alone the AMP's of this world.
But Sayer's a volunteer as President, so I don't think he can do similar at Carlton.
He's a well connected man.
Not sure how he would taint Carlton with questionable morals and methods, do you?
He's like us, desperate for a Flag.

Terrible isn't it?

He should have stepped aside and let Mathieson take over as President - THEN we would be going somewhere!!

Things are starting to look a bit sticky for Luke.
Wonder what the odds are that he will step down at end of the year?

Can't tell if you're taking the piss, or referring to the KPMG stuff.

Please confirm

Especially considering he was at PWC rather than KPMG…

I was just supplying the latest Sayers news that I think Bluey44 was referencing.

It's corporate australia. Sayers has nothing to worry about.

Of course I didn't!

This is the internet.

It's where we post completely uninformed shit about crap we know nothing about.

What does it say about KPMG?

Of course the error is mine. I wrote KPMG instead of PWC.

Please do continue to drill down on this. It helps the conversation.
