Nice work Wookie!

If you're able to get your hands on the data, it would be really interesting to see from 1995 onwards.

That's easy for me to say, I don't have to do the work!

Thanks for sharing.

That's fantastic Wookie! I'd started something similar a few years back (albeit with less detail) but had put it in the too time consuming basket. Might I suggest to mods that this could be a 'sticky'.

Standing

Its my intention to get the reports dating back to 1990 that are available. But at 37 bucks each year (and needing 17 years...) it might not be the highest of priorities lol

Would The Blueseum have access to older annual reports? If not, I'm sure Jamie would have a few stashed away somewhere.

My collection misses some of the 90's - but I've definitely got 90/91/92/94/95/97...think I'm missing a few years in the 50's - but other than those, years 1945-1992 is covered.

We are certainly sucking on the teat of gaming revenue, which now makes up 34% of our total revenue stream, whereas in 2007 it made around 1% of our total revenue.

i might have missed something obvious but just noticed in this article published yesterday, it claims we have "no debt". i dont see how we went from the 5.5mil debt as outlined in the above table just 2 years ago to now having no debt but i hope somehow it is true.

http://www.foxsports.com.au/afl/afl-pre ... 7306078190

"Regardless of the club’s on-field stature, Carlton has found its feet away from the playing park and is financially stable. It has no debt and, in an exclusive interview with Mark Robinson, new president Mark LoGiudice gave all the indications that the he has a realistic long-term managerial plan for the club."

I believe we were due to make payments. It was the remainder of an interest free loan IIRC

i knew we were losing ground on the other big clubs but never thought we are barely competing with the supposed minnows...
