Is this the news that was hinted at last week about changes being made before the season starts?

possibly, but there is more to come. lots of work being done behind the scenes. IMO the final piece in the puzzle in regards to getting us back to the top from a purely football point of view. Should of happened a while ago but at least it's happening.

So Williams actually left because of Rogers....

And Ratts was responsible for demoting Hughes....

Is Niall correct?

Anybody know who is being promoted?
Can't see any official announcement on the CFC site yet ....

Is it not a concern that Williams left because of a guy who is the head of recruiting? Or was Williams in the wrong?

Which is equally concerning given his experience @ Geelong.

They will replace Hughes by upgrading a part-timer to full-time. The club is also set to add a full-time analyst to the recruiting division.

I promised I wouldn't go down that discussion path again. Your not making it easy. In the end I am relieved that changes are happening. Success is all that matters to me

Maybe but that was his call to come.
Shouldn't be fighting with the boss anyway. Not a good career move, ususally.
Richmond have only offered him quite a low profile job anyway and not what he had at Carlton.

Anyway, we move on.

Maybe he was offered a Senior Role to come over and when he arrived it was different to what was promised?

So he was offered Head Recruiter?
Didn't we already have one of them?

Anyway, seems unfortunate for whatever may have come about..............onwards and upwards.

I guess it depends on whether he spins his normal uninformed dribble as he has already started to do or whether he drinks to the news and moves on.

I suspect it will be the former.

Regards Cazzesman
