With the season bearing down on us, there are plenty of reasons for the supporters to be crying out for some success this year! We've picked up some lovely recruits and draftees.
Leave your thoughts and predictions as to how the team and individuals will perform this year. I'm hoping to turn this into a huge thread. Constructive criticism is what's needed. Feel free
to express all opinions with regards to anything to do with our Navy Blues. Look forward to seeing your posts! GO BLUES!

Individuals..
Gozza will drink the most beers out of everyone. Haha

my prediction is that gozza will turn into a pumpkin troll at midnite, and ride off on denim undies horse, but fall off in a drunken stupor, only to picked up and carried off, by whichever club he strolled..err swaggered over from.
back to our blueboys.
hmm
I'll give you a daisy a day that Dale will be a superstar again.
There will be endless romantic film clips made on 360 showing the love between Mick and Daisy.
Mark Murphy will be back to his best, and we'll all forget he sucked in his first year as Captain.
Special K will be extra special, and KB will shutup about Vickery.
Hendo will be even more brilliant.

Ease up Wojee! Not here to talk about how long I've been on here, or haven't haha.

Had a chat with Nicholas Graham not long ago, three players in particular have caught the eye of the coaches this pre season.
That being Ed Curnow, Tommy Bell and Marc Murphy. All good and well to say the team is flying in preseason, which, I'm sure
most clubs probably think they are.

Hearing Daisy getting through today's practice match unscathed brings a smile upon us all
I'd presume.

Something different about this pre season. The coaches and players have put less of a focus on saying what we are going to do,
and hopefully the ideology and cliche` of letting the actions do the talking.

Will be interesting to see how young Patty Cripps gears up for his NAB Challenge games! Plenty of watch on him as well from reports.
Just needs to get that midfield tank up!

I go through the list and I am struggling to see where the improvement is going to come from. I look at these players Cachia, Bell, Carazzo, Ellard, Armfield, Curnow, Docherty, Cripps, Holman and don't believe our midfield is good enoughl. Docherty, Cripps & Holman may be good in years to come but I don't have high expectations for them this year. We are relying way to much on Daisy, Murphy & Gibbs.

This pains me but with Judd injured I am predicting a bottom 4 finish.

That's all it deserved. Tripe deserves to be labelled as such.

I agree. I can not see a big jump up the ladder but I hope to see 5 youngsters properly developed: Cripps, Menzel, Graham, Bell, Watson, Reynolds. Making the 8 would be acceptable. Malthouse to be judged after 4 years

I hope there's been plenty of goal kicking practice over the summer.

Any predictions on how many games Daisy will play before the ankle injury flares up again? I'll go with four.
