..with a new midfield coach in place, what/who do we expect to be the new brigade..?..

....i still think Judd's best position [by a fair margin compared to other positions/roles] is as a prime mid.. ..he is still very good at doing the inside clearance grunt work, and he's still one of our better players in this role.. ..pair this, with his limited effectiveness outside the center square, and i think he will need to feature through the middle for us to get the best out of him [and as much value for money as possible]..

..i think out of the small fwds which will help the mids with some time through the middle, that Jeffy seems to be the best equipped at getting a run..

I didn't see this article last week, but anyway, so far so good???

“I’ve been trying to call as many of the players as I can, just really to touch base, to say ‘g’day’ and to tell them that I’m on board,” Laidley said. “They’ll all start to wander in next week, so this is a bit of an icebreaker and the response so far has been terrific.

Interesting to note at the bottom of the article:

Quote:
The Club’s coaching structure is now as follows:

· Michael Malthouse, Senior Coach
· Rob Wiley, Director of Coaching & Development
· Dean Laidley, Assistant Coach – Midfield
· John Barker, Assistant Coach – Forward Line
· Brad Green, Assistant Coach – Back Line
· Mathew Capuano, Development Coach
· Michael Osborne, Development Coach
· Luke Webster, Development & VFL Coach

Was stated on here that Barker would be becoming Back Line Coach and Green would become Forward Line Coach. Has that not happened, or simply a typo in the article?
