hi guys, my father and i are both captains club members and as such, have seats on level 1 at the mcg for tomorrow nights game. my mother and sister would like to come with us tomorrow and the 3 seats next to us have been empty at every match this year, so is there any possibility we could buy those seats for them to come with us as our guests? i found this online from 2011: Quote: Captains Club guest passescan be purchased fromMembership Services at Visy Park,onmatch dayfromthe Kernahan Roomor bycalling 1300 CARLTON. If you've got a reserved seat theoretically you can't do what you're proposing. In reality if the seats are empty just do some shonky back passing of membership cards. If you bought a guest pass they you could sit with them in the general capt club area I guess. |

I doubt very much you will be able to access these seats, best bet get them and let them take the risk of sitting, not sure what arrangements are available to buy guest passes though?? I don't do it but a couple of mates get a stack of their friends most games into spare seats around them, that's not hard if the person doesn't rock up and if they do - just move to another seat close by |

the back passing of memberships would be very easy however last time i tried this my mates general admin ticket didnt work at the same gate to get to the members area. it would only allow him to get in at gate 1 and we didnt think youd be able to walk around back to the members area from inside the ground as they usually have those guarded fences? |
