I'm sad to say it wasn’t a good weekend.

I know that the majority of you were born Carlton supporters and will die Carlton supporters. It's essential that our playing group takes this passion into every game.

We played poorly, and we've suffered the consequences of losing to a team that showed more hunger than us. This is something that we must address.

We will of course be making changes to the current side. We have both injured players, and players that need to be judged on their performance from the weekend.

It's our job to make sure that we put the best team on the ground.

As a football club, we must understand the importance of playing until the final moments of every game.

We must not accept what took place on the weekend. We must keep charging along and prove to our supporters that we can continue winning.

This weekend we play Richmond, an extremely good football side. They're now statistically going to make the top eight, which is something they haven't done for years. They are also a club which has a lot of pride.

This is an opportunity for us to demonstrate our own pride.

We will have a side that runs down the race, with the desire to represent you – as loyal supporters of the Carlton Football Club.

As a Club we know that when you fall off a horse, you must get back on it.

As a Match Committee, we won't tolerate anything less than 100%

C'mon Mick,

You never accepted this crap at west coast or collingwood , it's time to to wield the axe , play the blokes who are proud to wear the navy blue jumper and who realise that it is an honor & privilege to play under you!
Players step up or step out #\+#"}
Anyone in the leadership group going to fire up???

I actually think we are a chance this week.

I think MM might let the boys play a bit this week.

Well I heard Walks on SEN this evening and as much as it pains me to say it, I don't believe in the talk anymore.
I will go in to this game and probably the next 25 or so with some real scepticism.

Not only that but we got pretty close in Round 1 and we beat them last year with a VFL side.

It was the game where Mick threw out the game plan after half time.

I'm hoping he remembers this fact and just lets the boys play on Saturday. If Yarran had kicked the goal or chipped it to Mclean in the square we would have won - playing Ratten football. But that's another story.

The players just look lifeless at the moment. Mick's game plan is very methodical and our 'list' was put together to play a free-flowing style of footy. Until Mick can shape the list and recruit players that suit the 'process' in the offseason, playing roulette footy may just be the way to go.

A blokeI think the players are playing a bit scared. Not of the opposition but of the coach. Having Mick looking over your shoulder with everything you do must be uncomfortable knowing if you stuff it up you'll be copping a massive spray. I'm happy enough with mm in charge but I can't imagine It being fun. When I watch us play it appears we play with the handbrake on ! The long bomb to a bloke who's never going to take a pack mark is suicide. Just my two cents.

At least this week he didnt single any out for additional criticism.

Do you think he allows his own performance to be reviewed? Do you think the club would be healthier if the coaches performance was reviewed weekly, like the players?
Most clubs do it. The successful ones that arent insecure.
That's how you get complete scope for improvement.

Look no coach has been more popular with his playing groups than mm

So stop with this dribble

As life less as when we lost to a hugely undermanned gc last year? Playing ratten football

Yeah, yeah. The players hate Ratten and they love Mick.
How do we know this? Because some nuffy on the internet says so.

Its not a popularity contest. Its about accountability. Coaches should have their roles reviewed like everyone else at the club.
I couldnt give a @#$%&! about who the players like. its all about results.
