Anyone just see the preview for Open Mike this week. That leprechaun Liberatore crapping on about Carlton's "tanking" again. Worst Brownlow medalist of all time. Talk about disgruntled, disenchanted dis-credited ex employee...

Nothing new here. Was investigated and looked at twice by the afl and given the all clear!
Just a push to get the ratings up and get people to tune in. Moving along nothing to see.

Exactly. No problems here.

Just put out a press release Monday night, re "disgruntled former employee who is under a lot of strain" and everything will be OK....

I was actually just thinking that with this whole drugs saga that it won't be long until some hack drags out old shit about us just to balance out the "unfair" Essendon* hate.

Nice try by Essendon** sympathisers at fox sports to deflect attention away from Bombergedon.

Anyone read 'the tackle' this morning. I know I won't ever be reading it again.

Robinson is such a douche, he has it in his head that people care about his opinion, when in reality, it's no more valid than mine or any other couch potato re football.

I think the fat is seeping into his brain. First he called for the AFL to punish Carlton, no sidestepping, just flat out asked for it. Then a mere 2 seconds later criticized Malthouse for calling on the AFL to punish Essendon*.

The definition of hypocrisy and as a pathetic excuse for a 'journalist' as one is ever likely to see.

Trot on you flog

I think we are fine, I love this coincidental deflecting to us though, just for everyone to remember we are the real evil ones.

He came in to my work, trying to sell first aid supplies. We bought a couple actually. In person he is a really nice guy. My cousin talked to him about his son and Libba starting talking about him getting caught with drugs. Didn't take any prodding at all really.

Should make for interesting viewing and I won't be surprised if the AFL asks a few questions after the fact. Not sure what it could lead to though.

AFL will say they have already investigated based on this mofos 'vibe' testimony. Nothing to see here.

Can't wait for his next interview in 5 or so years time. Will probably claim he has a letter from someone that proves tanking occurred...

Quote:
"Players will always try on the football ground, so that's where the misconception about tanking is," Liberatore told the program.

"I still believe that (tanking) is something that occurred ... players at the time were told don't play for the rest of the year, you have an injured shin. And to me that's tanking, isn't it?"

A girl at work is a Bulldogs fan, saw him out one night and her husband asked him if he'd pose for a photo with her. He couldn't have been more dismissive and more of a prick. Dean Rioli on the other hand was fantastic and even invited them out where they were going next.

This little troll needs to ask himself some questions, like why so few of our players improved while he was an assistant, why our tackling was terrible and what he actually did other than get Betts fit one off season.

Answers to why we finished with the number one pick 3 years in a row might come from this questions rather than whether we tanked.
