Sounds like what we all know - mick does not believe in this group of players. Not hard enough, unsure and insecure. He is definitely in rebuilding. I wish tony had asked the logical question about where he thinks we are when he was talking about his ability to "sense" when he had a team that can go all the way.

For me this realization came when we got our pants pulled down by Port last year. That game absolutely crushed my soul. It was one game but it was the game that showed to me we just aren't good enough. Lets hope MM does a quick rebuild because we have waited too long ... still find it hard to believe Richmond have surpassed us
