Surely ... After so many competitive games this season we are due for a scalp. If we beat Swans it sets the group up for a big second half. Should have Carazzo back ... Not sure of Yarrans position yet |

Not sure if speed will be to our advantage at the SCG which is pretty small, so not much space to play with. Maybe go for strength in bigger bodies instead?? Bell, Robbo, Cachia in place of Lucas et al?? |

Making the trip - not sure if it's a good idea but will be a fun weekend regardless. |

I'm predicting that we'll match/beat them for a vast majority of the match, but a less than stellar 15-20 minutes (or a combo of shit umpiring, early injury, or poor kicking for goal) will see them to a 2-3 goal win. We'll need everything going our way, and total 100% commitment to have any chance. |

It will rain. I swear every time I see footy on TV at the SCG it's raining. |

If nothing else, our mids will be taught a lesson on running both ways, pressure, pressure and a bit more pressure. Someone referred to playing Sydney as getting an audit conducted. Fair description I would have thought. Sydney vs Adelaide was probably 7 goals ahead of anything else put on show this season by any team. Total domination in every facet. we'll be doing well not to have the 17 point margin as a biggest loss extended significantly. |

What I don't get is that in early games you could see the Swans struggle with fatigue. Two months on they are running harder than everyone except probably FREO. Is this because they had achieved this base in previous years and it's easier to re-establish or just got fitter as the years progressed.? |

Cant see this as an ideal game for Yarran regardless of attitude - SCG, tight, hard contested Swans footy. |

We always play well against Sydney, but it doesn't always translate into wins. I'd argue the three potential ins are: Carazzo, Yarran, McInnes. It might depend on conditions as to who play (and how many spots there are to fill - who knows with Robbo). |

We some class and composure in the forward line so I think Yarran is a must and maybe Menzel is worth a chance as well, along with Eddie these guys can make the most of limited opportunities. |
