Found this. i doubt it could get classified more than low impact on the body. If it is classified as negligent/reckless then 80 points, level 1. If intentional 125 points, so with 25% early guilty plea, 93.5 hanging over his head. Either way on last years points system he's clear to play unless they contest and lose.
