Hi everyone.

Firstly, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Luca Gonano and I look after Carlton's social media pages and website. I have a background in journalism and worked at Melbourne radio station 3AW for five years before joining the Blues in April 2011. I'm also a lifelong Carlton fan.

We'd really like to establish a relationship with the members of TalkingCarlton as we attempt to step up our presence in the digital space. After all, you're just as passionate about improving the Club as we are.

Next Tuesday (December 11) we'll be holding a "Social Forum" at the birthplace of the Carlton Football Club, the University Hotel in Lygon Street, Carlton.

Basically, we want to meet a few of you and chat about how you think the Club is progressing (particularly in the digital space). Senior members of staff will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about our future plans and the Carlton Board will also be represented. Drinks and finger food will be provided.

At this stage, we've got room for 10 TalkingCarlton representatives and we're looking at kicking the night off at 6:30pm.

Please feel free to give me a call on 0415 772 773 to reserve your place or to ask any questions. I'll make sure I let everyone know once all positions have been filled.
