Did everyone get there letter from Mick? What a piece of rubbish, a few lines stolen from his press conference disguise as a letter to the membership!! We better get used to it................ Mick is all about himself, he is to busy for the club let alone the members until November. |

Didn't get it. Many people won't. Here's an idea - send it to everyone in your e-mail 'supporter' database Ian Coutts! Are you trying to get members...or do you think it will just happen? Win the Customer! |

The database must be "flowered" because most of my details are wrong - I have been buying club memberships since 1977 and they have got down as being a member since 2002. |

It was meant to be a letter to the club membership from the incoming coach, but as described it was just some stolen lines thrown together from his press conference. Its disappointing he could find some time to draft an original letter but i guess he made it clear he would not be on deck until November. Could this be Malcolm Blight and the Saints circa 2001 revisited, has some similarities???? Ps. all current members should get the letter in the mail, it also came with a return form allowing you to update your details. |

Same thing happened to me last year...although it was 'since 2009'! It was the straw that broke the camel's back. |

Unfortunately (as is well known) our communications department isn't the greatest, so many of us will have missed out. So would you be able to give us at least some snippets from it? (I did get an email from the club today, but only to try and convince me to spend more money at the Carlton shop ![]() |

I very much doubt he wrote it botwb. bluesonthewayback wrote: Ps. all current members should get the letter in the mail, it also came with a return form allowing you to update your details. ...and for non-members - well, you can GAGF. |

They said "Please Supply" mobile numbers and email addresses for my 2.5 year old and 11 month old daughters! (Obviously no filter on the Carlton database). |

It's a bit of fluff to jazz up a request to check your details and get the database up to date. Nothing more nothing less. Nothing to get knickers in knots about. |

Well flowering up 25 years of paying a membership is knicker twisting in my book - its actually pretty insulting. |

Same thing happend to me years ago, it got fixed and hasn't happened again. That was on my membership card, so involved a bit more fixing. This is a request to check details so they can fix things like this. Mountain. molehill. |

I want a personalised letter from Mick. None of this bulk distribution rubbish. I want it written in red ink, on navy blue paper & I want him to tell me about his family, pets, holiday plans etc. If this doesn't happen, the club can get flowered.. |

Yep, because MM wrote the letter himself and posted it to the members. Its the membership department and comms using a couple of his lines and a scan of his signature to get members to confirm their details. Get over it. |
