He's taking the free agency route with Jordan Russell.

Definitely cared. Played in some pretty bloody awful teams.

I remember when he and Blake Campbell debuted at a similar time saying to a mate 'Campbell looks great but I'm not sure about the skinny one...'

I think this is a good move for the footy club going forward but still sad to see him go. Many thanks to T-bird for his services over many lean years at the club! Love that he came up through the rookie draft and hung around for 180+ games. Well done to him. I hope he continues to play footy.

Agreed, but he's one of the guys I've always respected because he served us pretty well during some of the worst years in our history.

Can't help thinking a new coach could bring the best out in him, but perhaps the new coach is already putting his stamp on the list.

Same applies to Russell they both go looking elsewhere but when no.one wants them they stay

He does have a point though, they're merely exploring their options at this stage. That said I would imagine there would be clubs who can offer them competitive salaries and more playing time than we did this season.
