Good stuff. Best of luck Jarrad. ![]() That goal he kicked against Melbourne, after his father died, is one of my fondest Carlton memories. If only we won the game as well. |

My favourite player till Murphy last year...and the arrival of Judd gave him a rival. Still admire his footy brain, athletism and endurance. He's a great CHB and very dangerous tall forward, I hope he's got his body right as he says he's planned. Sounds like he recovered from 4 quarters pretty well and finished strongly too. Truly hope he strings 50 games together for his sake, the clubs and the footy lovers.. He's hot property when he's fit. I believe he'll be in the premiership team. I believe. Gotta keep him on aprogram. (X factor... |

Great bloke ... etc etc ... say what you like : should NEVER have been signed to a three year deal at his age and with his history. Can only hope he defies the odds and come good in 2013/14. |

Coincidence that he comes back in with exactly enough games left in the year for him to get to 154 and surpass his old man? Too cynical to suggest that if his back is as bad as is suggested, that a condition of an early retirement/settling of remaining two years of contract involved getting himself right for one final month of footy, a tilt at surpassing or equalling Vinny's record before calling it a day? |

anyway, congrats to Jarrod, on a great effort yesterday. nice to see a few supporters stayed to cheer him off the ground. always forget how good it is when he's in the team, and I sincerely hope he makes it till at least the end if this year. you just never know. |

Don't say that. We've signed him up, he's saying positive things, hasn't bagged anyone at the club. Beating his dads record in the final game of the year will be a nice way to end a disappointing season for Jarrad. I genuinely hope he can play a role for the next couple of years - I think he still has potential to make opposition backmen crap their dacks when he gets out on a lead with that big grab. Well done panther! |
