i'm getting in early

positives:
Andrew Mc - he is going to be a very solid player....great balance and stays close
Juddy - because he tries and tries and tries some more
Murph and Hendo - considering their layoffs - great effort
Robbo - on hard
good to see Lucas get a run, although he needs to toughen up
AJ - put in, before getting knocked out
collins - was pretty good despite his kicking at times

negatives:
a club at rock bottom confidence
other than that, no negatives really ie a bottom 8 side getting done by a likely top 8 side and one that is on the way up

ps i feel like a Melbourne supporter

Pros
- Judd & Yarran.
- Collins tried hard.
- Murphy good considering long layoff.

Cons
- All these years of tanking/rebuilding were for nothing. Need to wipe the slate clean and start again.

Pros

Judd
Yarran's class
Henderson showing a bit up forward. No scoreboard impact at all but still showed something.
Good effort first up from Murphy despite those awful misses.
Robbo throwing his weight around.

Cons

Garlett
Jammo
Judd's ninja move
Some lazy efforts when the game was getting out of hand.
Turnovers
Defence
Goalkicking
100s of posts from people who were busy after the Collingwood game but have lots of free time this week.

Positives
Enjoyed a few beers and a bbq with some Minnesotans
Sound was turned down so I couldn't hear Bruce
Juddy
Yarran's quality
McInnes can play
Season is done so now I have no high expectations of this team
Murph got through the game ok

Negatives
Kicking for goal - still a problem - not good enough for professional footballers
Woeful coaching effort, far too reactive
Walker's injury
Lack of class is alarming.
Poor discipline
Hard to convince some first time watchers that Carlton is a team worth supporting after witnessing that effort.

PRO:
North winning gets me closer to $500 in my work's tipping comp

CON:
I tipped against my team, and was proven justified

Pro
Ratten gone for sure
Scarponi showed up for the fool he is
Cazzemans four years of bias has ended
An ineffective and week leadership on its last legs

Con
Must put the line through some big names jamison, Gibbs, garlett
Kreuzer smashed tonight . He isn't a ruck man
We don't run hard enough without the ball
We won't play finals with McLean in the middle. His possessions don't hurt you. He will always be a good player in a bottom side

Judd's game.
Murphy got through the match.

The media frenzy that has already started re: Judd's grabbing of an arm.
Players who are still terribly out of form, especially Jamo and Garlett.
Losing again to the "Friday Night Pioneers".
Lindsay Thomas acting like a complete wanker after arsing a goal.

Pros
Judd superb

Cons
Bryce Gibbs MIA again. When Oh when is this guy going to take the next step. I don't care where he is played he is far too casual. He needs a rocket of biblical proportions.

Con-Watson in the ruck, I'm sure I saw the ball bounce off his head at a ruck contest!

Re Gibbs. Given the current coaching set up and how he has approached his football since he has been with us, taking a game on and being proactive is not his game. It may have been once, but not any more.

Then he needs to be reprogrammed.

Given the size of his skull I defy an umpire to be able to bounce the ball around it.
