We are not any shitter than we were last year, It's just that other teams have gotten better than us. While we are plateau-ing, other "shitter"teams from last year are improving more than we are and have overtaken us. This screams developmental issues more so than anything else. |

It can change and it can change quickly. The only way this can happen is for a change at the top. There is no belief, no excitement, no direction. We are lost. Listening to Ratten state the players need to work harder is the end result, but what has caused it? Does Ratten ever except any responsibility? Scary as it sounds he is starting to sound like our PM. "I will work harder to fix, we need to work harder, keep pulling out statistics" etc. Maybe Ratten needs to show he is a real Carlton person and resign. Why won't he, about $600k that he wouldn't get anywhere else. As with what happened when Hird (and Thompson) went back to Essendon*, he had the personality to pull everyone together and be on the same path. Ratten does not have that trait. We need someone who can pull this club and its supporters back together and NOW! |

I have just done the Ladder predictor on the AFL website, even if we have a good run and taking into account our form e.g. never able to beat Hawks, Collingwood ( who will be a lot better next time around) and the teams standard games dropped due to being weakminded. We will finish with 16 win 6 losses and 5th on the ladder. Meaning my dream will come true, sacking Ratten. |

We failed again, that's why people have had enough, it's a repetitive pattern in every loss, most people could tell you how a Carlton match will pan out over four quarters, competitive first quarter, crap second quarter, fight back early in the third, only to squander late goals Last quarter comeback to make the scoreboard competitive (well until the Adelaide game) Same shit different round. |
