Some of our centre square work was unbelievable. Was like a training drill at times in there. Brilliant work. Another good game from Bower. Carrots not trying too much, getting in tight. |

Well they were pretty poor tonight. Worst 2nd half ever. |

Enjoying that there's a player at the post-game press conference. Borrowed from a lot of other sports, but it's a good change of pace. |

Difficult to assess where we are after that game. No doubt that the five day break would've had an affect on Brisbane's performance, but equally, we won exactly as a top side should. Next week we have the same proposition, with Collingwood having two less days off, although it's a six day space. Murphy has improved yet again, which is a big statement, and our forward line has a balance and cohesion I haven't seen since the mid-nineties, with the prospect it maybe even better. Waite looks set for a best-ever season. More than anything is that we have depth that rivals any other team. Jamison, Duigan, Walker and Warnock have to return to the seniors, and while I think Russell is struggling, it's hard to think of who else to drop. It's a long time since I've looked forward to a match against Collingwood as much as I am now. |

Is Eddie betts the best smallest kpp that can or is played as a chf in the game? I would say yes and by alot! GUN! Thankyou psd! JUDD is up there as the best recruit EVER! What a superstar! The smurph rubbed it in the lions face and then some! SOV showed how important he is to our forward structure, just keep your head and body right. In conclusion the blues demolished the hapless lions! |

Thought the first half was pretty sloppy. Poor kicking and undisciplined. Lifted significantly in the 3rd. |

A question about Armfield - was he tagging someone tonight, didn't seem to see him much (although I missed quite a bit of the second half in particular) |

Dr Larkins said no injury worries. A few cramps & Lachie got a corkie to the buttock early in the game but didn't worry him. |

Lions terrible after half time. Obviously big test is next week. Didn't beat a top four team last year so we need to step up now |
