Really nice touch by Ratts having a few extra words with Bower as the players walked into the rooms.

Good work Ratts.

It was a good all round performance really.

Makes it hard to pick your 5 best players in the MVP...

Well Kouta, although i've enjoyed giving it to you about Hammer in the last season or two,cos lets face it, he was average, overall I'm a Carlton supporter more than someone that likes to give it to you, and I wasn very impressed with Hammer tonight!!

Hammer and Waitey plus Kreuzer are such weapons!! Combined with Jamo and Hendo we now have an amazing spine!!!!

Bring on the hapless Pies (cos we'll beat the Lions)!!!

It is better being in front though and letting other teams chase.

Same pattern a the North game, but we let in late goals before half time against North.

Plenty to work on next week.

Stupid media people. We are a seriously good side, with a lot of room for improvement.

Gerard Healy's "lock" call, might become as famous as KB "box seat".

Well done Blues. Look forward to the post mortem's.

Did you know that Chris Yarran is not related to Buddy?

Agree.

Plenty of good work under pressure tonight as always. We're just not good at killing sides when we're on top.

Only two people I was unhappy with was probably Russell and Waite. Waite did some very good stuff, but he does some dumb sh1t, which I'm sure is news to everyone here.

When the game was in the balance he HAD to stick those two marks in the forward line and he spilled them both.

PS: I tipped Carrazzo BOG, just read the pre-games thread :-). Even tipped who he would play on!

Good stuff Blue boys.
Impressive stuff, few scary moments when we couldnt kick straight.

Hammer, Army, Bower & Tuohy really took their chances and played really good games.

Unfortunately cant say the same for JR. Sub for Lucas should of been earlier.

Was certain Laidler would be late withdrawal but he looked 100%. Hendo covered Riewoldt nicely and hopefully the few cheap goals doesnt shadow that.
Yazza tried to do too much at times but was inspirational.

Waite needs to quit with the stupid acts, could cost us.

Overall it was a good team win which could of been alot more.
