This means entry to the venue will require a reserved seat ticket; there will be no general admission available for these games. Reserved seat tickets for these matches will go on sale at 9am on Tuesday 28 February through Ticketek, until sold out.

If you've only renewed in the last 1-2 weeks they won't have done your barcode (to be fair its Ticketmaster who do this) so you can't upgrade yet.

Just called to try and get mine and was told to call back next Tuesday.
