A summary would be great (I can browse wherever I want but have no sound on this machine)

-Melbourne media unfair on Ratten & talk about his future.
-Additional coaching staff has been a great help for Ratts.
-Nothing groundbreaking in the use of our small forwards & Yarran at halfback, but it is working well for us.
-Squad is still young and should continue to improve.
-Juddy is awesome.
-Carrazzo having triplets.
-Confident against WC, match-up better against them than last time, got some more size in the team now. Laidler going well, Henderson looking good back. Duigan & Robinson back from last time we played them.
-Asked about a Jordan Russell for Jack Gunston trade, said Russell is a required player & is a chance to play this weekend.
-Recruitment of Fev would be up to the coaching staff, can't see it happening after his history with the club.
-Jeanne Pratt is an influential person, but has no say on football matters.
-Presidency is a year by year thing, happy the club is stable at the moment.

From memory (didn't take notes)...

- Kreuzer still a mystery. No problem when he walks, but when he runs, goes numb and swells up and goes hard (settle). Says it's not related to the knee
- Gibbs - will hopefully be right for prelim if we get there
- Usual story about players we didn't have in last time we played WC. Travel well, 4-0, like Subiaco etc
- Off field - going well, things stable. Built $20m facility, doubled revenue/profit (he wasn't clear which one), full quota of sponsors
- Fev - Jeanne into his ear about hi, but wishes him best for whatever he does in the future. Hope he gets it together
- Was asked about Gunston - can't remember what his reply was, don't remember him replying to that question
- Jeanne - doesn't influence football matters, but has lots of contacts, passionate about increasing membership
- Some blah blah about SA football stuff in yesteryear

I think they're the key points.

Good interview

Kruez:
Walking is fine , but running is a problem a he loses feeling. Definitely not knee related.

Ratts:
Really good year.
Club has consistently said it's an end of year exercise.
The Melb press have been wankers about it.
Can't judge his season on one game (Bombers final).
Challenge anyone in football to say the team has not improved significantly from last year.
He hasn't done anything graound breaking , but done just about everything right.

Assistant coaches:
Ratt's decision to get rid of the old assistants and take on new ones.
Richo, Browny and Barker are the best in the business.

Off Field:
Going really well.
Financially stable. Most sponsors ever.

Onfield:
A lot of young champs, with Murph being the oldest at 24.

Judd:
If he got 30 votes last year he should get 40 votes this year.
At least 7-9 BOG's

Saturday:
Subi suits us.
Last time we played we had Gibbs on Lynch and Russell on Darling.
The side is significantly better than last time.
We love Subi.

Trades and Russell:
Had heard the Russell rumours, but JR is runne up B&F and very much a required player. May even play this week.
Interviewers mentioned Gunston but Sticks talked around it, don't know if he was being evasive.
Gibb's will never go back to Adelaide as Sticks has spoken to Ross Gibbs (his Dad) and a deal was in place.

Fev:
Jeannie keeps nibbling Stick's ear about him, but Sticks, Jeannie and everyone else knows it's entirely a coaching staff decision.
It would appear as though we've moved on, but he hopes he gets a go somewhere.

Jeannie:
Has been an enormous help to Sticks in his role as Prez and is fantastic for the club. (All comments about Jeannie seemed genuine and heartfelt)
Her influence outside the club is far greater than inside. Her organization skills (fundraising and membership) and commitment are fantastic.

Sticks:
Does not like pre-game talks and is now the full time Prez.
Sounded like he's enjoying the job a lot more.

Sounded happy and confident and it's all about this weekend.

BTW, while i was on the 5aa website, i had a listen to the interview with Phil Harper regarding Jack Gunston. Harper came across as an absolute flog and confirmed what i first thought after his interview regarding Phil Davis going to GWS. If he is the type of person these young players have to deal with at the club, it is no wonder they are all in such a hurry to get out!
