Wednesday last week Collingwood held an exclusive board room lunch for select Collingwood supporting corporare executives. Nick Maxwell & Harry O'Brien attended. Rules of the lunch were whatever was said in the room was to stay in the room - those in attendance were influential Collingwood people. Amongst a range of topics discussed, the players were asked which team in top 8 they feared the most coming into the finals. Both Maxwell & O'Brien responded that Hawthorn were the greatest threat. They were asked for their views on Carlton & each said that the Blues were no threat as there were plenty of Blues players who would go missing in the finals. The Carlton coaching panel were interested to hear this misguided assesment of our list. Eddie - your key corporate supporter base leaks like a seive. |

Collingwood & Hawthorn inparticular are 2 clubs who have this theory about us and more importantly prove it right over the past 2 or so years. Our players know this. Are they disrespecting us or are our players disrespecting themselves? |

Sticks and stones, they can say what they want. Time for the players to prove them wrong. Glad to hear they can't keep a secret though, hope it gets back to Eddie McChins and his head goes the same colour it did when Judd won the Brownlow. |

Wowee, tommi I am impressed. You had to reduce that post from 4 embedded quotes to 3 embedded quotes without messing up the code. I think you are ready to program in Logo now. |

..right to a degree, and it's fairly basic.. ..look at our team for the last couple of years and factor in the youth/inexperience factors.. ..good players yet to hit that 80-100 game mark still.. |
