We don't seem to do these anymore. :sad:

Pros
Tackling and pressure was brilliant
Eddie
Our midfield
T-Bird
Tex
AJ
Army
Simmo
Yarran's run

Cons
Goal kicking - seem to affect a few teams this round, except our next opponent.
T-Bird's eye - :eek:
Foxtel commentary - hit the mute button many times. :banghead:
Yarran's running too far and getting caught. He did smile, so i figured he realised he was going at warp speed.

Delayed reaction? ;)

Pro:
- Murph/Judd/GIBBS
- Eddie's poise, skill and kicking for goal.
- Great tackling pressure
- Yarran's run
- 206 more than holding his own against his old teacher
- AJ is getting back to his best
- Thornton proving many doubters (myself included) wrong
- Seeing that little turd Ballantyne having a sook

Con:
- Kicking for goal
- Robbo's decision-making. Hope he was baked for that missed handball to Murph
- Basic skill errors and lack of awareness are still things to worry about
- We still tend to hit the snooze button for periods in games
- Foxtel's commentary

Taking the foot off the throat when we could have stormed home

I am living in the bush in Queensland now and do not get to any games or get much AFL TV coverage.
I miss Princes Park and I really love the pros and cons thread to give me a taste of the game.

They must have been literally witches hats - because any time I have seen AJ try to sell candy in the past he has always gotten himself into trouble.

Like Dirty Harry says "A man has got to know his limitations". :wink:

I hope AJ doesnt try this next week against Cyril because he will literally get pantsed.

Pros
- The lesser lights standing up: Armfield, AJ, Thornton, Davies
- Yarran was excellent
- I thought Warnock held up well and was a bit better around the ground
- Eddie Betts was on from the first few minutes

Cons
- Goal kicking was poor, odd for a game not indoor at Etihad
- Robbo had a rotten first half, really really poor decisions
- Carrots looks a little rusty
- Faded a bit late in the third, and again in the last, but were a man down by then.

I have often yelled out to AJ during the heat of a game when he stuffs something up that he should know his limitations by now :oops: :lol:

i got to see the boys live
we played very well and our strategy for the ground worked very well - i thought our tactics were great - well coached

cons:

freo fans - absolute morons
subiaco oval - shithole

Pros
- we won, that's about it

Cons
- Houlihan = soft
- Gibbs = soft
- Russell - how does he keep getting games
- Bentick - too slow
- Sentanta - too many brain fades
- Sporn & Wiggins - the day they don't get games we'll be a top 8 side
- Pagan - get rid of him already
- Sakc Smorgon

Other than that, good clinical win by the boys!!!
