Hope the Thornton injury doesn't influence our decision about whether Jamo plays next week too much. He either plays on the merit of his fitness, or he doesn't. |

Hope Thornton is okay, that reminded me of James Hird's injury at the same ground where they compared it to that of a car crash victim...good chance he will be out for the season now |

Happy with the win, but the result could have, and should have been much better I reckon. Our tendency to fade late in quarters will be punished by teams that bother to make an effort. Aside from that, suck it Ballantyne you little scrote!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Our injury curse would drive away any tall defender, forward or ruck from joining the Blues. ![]() ![]() |

Will take a 30 point win any day, won every interstate match. Game should have been over at half time, need to work on our goal kicking. Usual good players-Judd, Murphy, Gibbs, Eddie, Simmo, AJ was good too. Terrible news about Thornton, our backmen must be cursed this season. Judd should get Brownlow votes, not sure how many, Eddie just said in an interview that Judd was BOG. A pretty taxing game in warmer conditions that we are used to. |

I think Harvey flowered up playing Sandilands - they lacked run |

Thornton has been good, but is easy enough to replace. I do feel for him, tough time to cop an injury. Looking forward to getting home to watch the game. |

the moment T bird hurt himself - they pulled up stumps - they were 57 points up at that stage they allowed them to kick the last 5 - but quite frankly who cares - dontmind a bit of player preservation at this time of year TBird looks nasty - Jamo and Waite not ready yet so will they go with Russell or will they go with Ohalpin ![]() |
