Don't let tonight's result be overshadowed by an ordinary performance.

Go for the throat Blues.

Back at Etihad.

It's been a while, but North are actually a better team than the Bummers at the moment.

Going on our defence's first half performance, Thomas and Wells will be licking their lips.

Not to mention Petrie.......

How far away is Jamo again????????

Bring the 2nd half and not the 1st.
Petrie is the key. Must get the right match-up on him.
Need Warnock to control Goldstein, he is in AA form.
Need a key position forward for Etihad stadium. I don't care if it's O'hAilpin right now but just get one in. Kruezer looked better against Essendon*, which he just needs to keep building on.

They need someone to control Judd, Murphy, Walker...they are in AA form.

Bring our A-game (maybe even our B-game), we win.

Critical, critical game. Another one of those games where we tend to disrespect our opposition, and they're raring to take a piece out of us.

Petrie is the main danger, we have no matchup for him.

Etihad :banghead:

I will get in early before Thursday selections.

I cant believe what the MC are doing. We are so short and yet we dont pick Ohalphin. North have stacked their team with talls to exploit us. They have 8 talls and our MC have picked none! :banghead:

Think we must bring in Setanta and drop Davies (didn't do enough and too short)

The Brock in idea maybe worth pursuing as Curnow is struggling.

Love to keep Army in.

Big game we need to win or top 4 looks shaky with games against Hawthorn, Freo, St Kilda to come.

Henderson will get Petrie and that is a big challenge. Play Thornton fwd please!

I would give Yarran the role on Wells. Similar types and would do Yarran a lot of good. Start him at HB and pick him up after centre bounces.

Selection will be interesting as form of Russell, Curnow, Ellard, Houlihan is nothing to get excited about. Maybe McLean will get another go? Carrazzo should be fit as well.

Hopefully Waite, Jamo, Hampson, Bower will be ready soon.

Mclean, Carrazzo & Ohalpin in for Ellard, Curnow & Davies.

Touhy came off late with what appeared to be a ankle injury. If he is not right then Russell comes in to replace him.

This will be our biggest win for the season so far if we can get over the line against North.
Midfield aside, our match ups are struggling.

They smashed us for physicality and intensity last year, have to go out and set the tone in those areas right from the right.
