Big picture: A lot to like about our continuing development. Small picture: Why couldn't Robbie kick the @#$%&! goal! |

Geelong on the receiving end of 2 play on rules that won them the game in 2 weeks. Ump calling play on advantage when 30 players stop and 1 geelong player takes the ball and runs off to kick to chapman who goals.... wrong.... boys did well.... bad kicking has plagued us all year but its where they are taking the shots from that needs to improve. |

The commentators reckon he has a good 'technique'. I reckon Selwood must be sore from carrying those umpires around in his back pocket each week. Good player, but seriously...... |

He should have got up then fallen down again, and been 'concussed', and handed the ball to....well...anyone. Oh well, shit happens. |

A game is made up of thousands of moments, as frustrating as it is, one moment can't cost us the game. |

I don't like losing games but as far as loses go that is not a bad one. We shepperd the ball from Waite's kick with 2 minutes to go, we win. If Robby kicks straight with 1.20 to go, from 15 out on a slight angle, we win. This is toss of the coin stuff. We came back on a good team in the final minutes after they went 10 points up. GOOD FOOTBALL CHARACTER. I was very proud of the way the boys went about it. Jamo and Duigan both played really well and repelled their attacks very nicely, great rebound from Duigan. Thought Juddy was going to shake off what may be a broken foot or a stress fracture and win us the game on one leg for a minute there. Gibbs and Murph were very strong. Lots of good pressure. Ah we lost, Damnit, lets regroup and kick the living daylights out of Melbourne next weekend. |

It's clearly a proven tactic. @#$%&! frustrating all the same. ![]() |

Rationalise all you like, if Warnock kicks that goal we win......no ifs or buts! Argue that!!! There's very little play after that to affect the way the game goes. |
