Can anyone provide a summary of what was discussed?

Caught the tail end of the interview. He said that while he (Swann) had no say in selection, McLean should come in for Ed Curnow.
Thinks we are in a good position.
Said that the AFL force us to wear a clash strip, but the jumpers are "flying out the shop". He prefers the traditional jumper.
KB has now conceded we may make the 8 but said there is a long way to go.

I can still remember Umpire Glenn James telling the little shit off for abusing him (racially) in the last quarter of that game.

Swan did not seem to like the jumper but they had to have one. + everyone is buying them.

He also said he wants the navy blue shorts instead. I agree on this.........

The pale blue suits some blokes better than others.

Looked awful on Robbo but good on 1AW for instance.

Until each team plays each other the same number of times, the AFL, as a fair dinkum competition, cannot be taken seriously.

He (Mr Swann) said the honour and pride associated with the club's traditional navy blue jumper was priceless.

Swann was also asked about why Curnow was put back on the field. He said that because of the new sub rule they had to make a call on him and he thought we was okay so they had to try him out so they could make a decision. He said we had only 2 interchange players for about 15 minutes so the new rule made it harder. If the sub rule hadnt come in they could have taken longer to make as assessment and he may not have come back on at all.
He said he didnt mind the new jumper and as has already been mentioned they sell well, the kids love them. He said maybe navy shorts would have looked better.

Unless you're trumpeting a really awesome acronym, I think we've covered that you've covered it. It's already inscribed here, for eternity, or at least until someone flicks the big switch that turns the internet off and on.

Sorry, that's not right: I must be aligning the way the rest of the world works with your simplified review of the jumper 'debate'.

At the start of the interview Box Seat Bartlett said "If you haven't been on the Blues bandwagon you should get on it" to which Swann replied "We don't need you KB'

Said we're winning the close ones this year which makes a hell of a difference.

Curnow was lifting his arm up in the rooms after he got it strapped and told them it was just a sting and that he was fine to go back out there.

KB said Yarran might be the quickest bloke in the AFL and that whoever picked Duigan should get a pay rise.

KB copped a heap at the end for not picking Carlton to make the 8 this season.

Lets wait till Rd 24 till we start gloating. Making the 8 isn't our goal.
