Jeff Garlett's lightning intercept and shot on goal. Missing the shot only slightly diminished the pure brilliance he showed in picking off the handball before you even realised he was in the vicinity. He has an amazing ability to hit packs at the right time and place, and this was an extension of that.

Pretty sure they've dropped several frames for effect.

Otherwise, Jeff was travelling at about 20 m/s if I'm being conservative with my estimates, or over 70 km/h.

The camera was not stationary, it was panning to the right following the GC players. Garlett was running to the left of screen at the same time. This made it look faster.

Like I said, I was being conservative. If I was taking it as 4 stationary shots, he'd be going over 120 km/h.

Each shot has also been cropped, and I can tell you for a fact that there were 11 frames on that camera angle where Jeff was in picture, or about 9 in the cropped frame.

It's an awesome picture, but let's not put it down as fact. It's a clever meme.
