Please everyone, don't read Kim Hagdorn articles, it just encourages him.

The guy has been a wart in WA Journalism all the way back to the now defunct "Daily News".

He also does guest radio spots on 6PR (god Perth is a small town) and it may be possible that he talks more crapola live than it print, that's saying something.

This guys a dick, any bloke will tell you that if there was any force in that blow the Richmond player would have gone down, in-fact sometimes a slight blow can cause this.
Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill, to suggest that a "blow" like that is the same as knocking someone out is just plain stupid.

And Judd should have been suspended twice

But other players from any other club should not have been suspended. :donk:

They are all innocent.

Only Carlton players bash, kick & eye gouge other players.

McGuane should have been suspended for punching Waite in the Kidneys. If he was a boxer he would have been given a warning, but in AFL it is perfectly fine. :screwy:

I actually think Waite should have been suspended, not by the match review panel but by our leadership group.
The force might have been low, but some degree of intent was there.
He needs to be sent a message internally that he can't keep behaving like this.
As if you aren't all sick of his stupid shit

From what I saw of the footage, Mick McGuane pushed him and his leg that made the contact was for balance.

None of us know whats been said to waite internally and suspension would just harm the team balance etc so not sure that suspension is the optimal result for all parties.

As for the incident itself mole hills come to mind.

What im getting tired of hearing is the outrage at waite's stupidity! He was rubbed out last year for a missed timed elbow which really was an attempt to move toward a dodging opponent. Got him high and rightly copped 2 weeks, it was not malicious and simply a poor decision upon reflection.

The second suspension was for a bump that was a an inch or so high that was in the vacinity of play and very unlucky i reckon.

So i dont think waite is deserving of the vitriol, he certainly isnt a bbb or a tripping fullback or a sniper off the ball.

Nice theory. Personally, I suspect a third leg from the grassy knoll.

Poor effort. Low act. Expect that sort of stuff from Dustin Felcher... and if it was him we all would have called for weeks!

We should only listen to their complaints once they produce articles criticising the MRP for suspending Jamison for a shepherd.

Yet these muppets think Rance was unlucky.

Sorry... I must have been watching something else. When did Waite kick Maguane in the Testicals? Listening to these clowns you'd think he spread his legs apart, lined up and kicked the christ out of his nutsd!!!

I saw a leg swing up and may have kicked him in the arse and Maguane give a light punch in retalliation... My 4 year old and 2 year old are doing worse to each other as I type. As if there isn't more worthwhile talking points this week than Waite and Maguane acting like stupid children on a football field.

The MRP probably laughed at it and said what idiots, let's move on and have a look at the Selwood incident. If the cock's in the media had half a brain they would have done likewise.

Knobbo, Smeagol, Fatprick, Quarterbrain.... anyone else see the common denominator? Oh that's right, Self professed Carlton Haters. @#$%&! off... NEXT!!!

Actually Fatprick thought the MRP got it right on this one. Spent quite a while arguing with KB about it on SEN yesterday morning. Very magnanimous coming from a born and bred Tiger like Patrick.

I would just like to congratulate the OP on not making the thread title.

"Waite should of been suspended"
